"Using
the influences of blues, rhythm & blues, gospel, jazz and rock, this willowy
brunette, with the fragile appearance of a porcelain doll, knocks listeners over
with her powerfully soulful & sultry vocals and electrifying stage
presence!" - L.A.

"The riveting
stage presence of Lois Greco draws the audience into each performance. A couple
of recent highlights of her opening performance at the Wednesday night jam at
located at “Mulligan's” at Joe Angelo's Café include a dramatic spoken word
introduction over the beginning of Bessie Smith's classic "Empty Bed
Blues" followed by an incendiary reading of the vintage blues with searing
guitar, and a smoldering take on Lazy Lester's "Sugar Coated Love"
which also brought the house down. Lois is a very powerful vocalist and really
connects with the audience," notes WATD-FM and WSMU-FM blues dj Paul Wanner.
"Lois does memorable versions of J.J. Cale's Cajun Moon and Etta James'
"Damn Your Eyes" as well as strong originals," adds Paul's wife
and radio co-producer Susan Wanner. The couple stop by the Lois Greco jam in
Brockton each week on their way to the radio station in Marshfield where they
work with Peter Black and the 24 hour per week radio show The Wide World Of
Blues. -WATD-FM and WSMU-FM

"Lois
Greco and her band don't sneak up on you - The band's hard driving beat and Lois
with her strong yet melodic interpretation of the blues are in play from the
very first song. Hints of her Jazz background sneak in on the occasional ballad.
One thing for sure - at the end of every song you know you've been sung to!"

"Saturday
night at the Hi-Hat Lounge in Providence, Rhode Island, I got my first chance to
catch Lois Greco and her fabulous band. No words can describe the vibes I
was getting from the audience and her music. The range of her voice is as hard
and dirty as any blues singer I have heard and yet the way she is able to sing a
sweet ballad in perfect pitch is just stunning.
I have no doubt when you hear Lois sing you will agree that she is the
next great female singer to emerge from the New England circuit much like Bonnie
Raitt, Carly Simon & Susan Tedeschi."

"Lois Greco has GOT to be the hardest
working woman in showbiz! She showed me just how hard when she hired me and
Gilda Betancourt to sing background vocals for her at a showcase some years
back. It was a wonderful experience! Her sweet persona is in such contrast
to her powerful, hard vocal yet when her tenderness shows through on her
ballards, it's so encapsulating. She is also a wonderful music biz mentor
and a long and loyal friend."----Lysa "Sugar" Davis
